Anxiety and the Intolerance of Uncertainty: Buddhist Wisdom Amidst Unpredictability
IMS Online Mini Retreat
9:00 am - 12:30 pm ET
The Buddha placed uncertainty at the center of human life. Yet, the distance from uncertainty to anxiety can be very short. To be deeply happy, we must refine our relationship with uncertainty. In this half-day retreat, we’ll explore the Buddhist wisdom and practices that allow us to establish the stability within our heart. This stability affords the confidence needed to meet uncertainty and cultivate a life less intimidated by change.
This program will include dharma talks, guided meditation and discussion. All are welcome.
