Generosity: The Expansive Heart
An IMS Online Mini Retreat
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET
Dana, or giving generously, is one of the foundational teachings in Buddhism. Acts of giving have benefits both inner and outer: they help us build the skill of letting go even as they connect us to our communities.
During this online mini-retreat, we will explore some of the Buddha's teachings about generosity, including through reflections in small breakout groups. As an alternative to breakout groups, you can also engage with these reflections silently or via journalling.
This mini retreat will include periods of teaching, formal practice and times for questions and reflections. All are welcome.
