This program is now closed to new registrations.

The Satipatthana Sutta, translated as the Foundations of Mindfulness, is the traditional beginning for our mindfulness practice.  It can also be understood as an experiential map describing the way that external nature supports awakening in our internal nature.  This retreat will ground in the foundational teachings of this sutta and then open up to the teaching on awakening, in a way that is suitable for both early and experienced meditators.

This online daylong retreat will include instruction in sitting and walking, dharma talks, and community relational practice or journaling reflections to close our time together.

This program will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing after the live sessions. On-demand videos will be available to registered participants for 90 days.
