About this IMS Online Hybrid Retreat

Wednesday, May 28, 2025 - Monday, June 2, 2025

Through natural and relaxed awareness, we train to see the habits of mind and the ways we separate, distract, and isolate ourselves from the world. Compassion and equanimity allow us to be present and connected, softening our hearts and revealing with clarity what it’s like to be human while enabling us to maintain balance as we navigate the challenges of the times.

This course is open to everyone. We will honor and abide in noble silence throughout each day. The retreat format includes alternate periods of silent sitting and walking meditation practice, dharma talks, and an online Q&R session with a teacher. Please note that there is no direct interaction with the onsite teachers.

This retreat begins on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:15 pm ET and concludes Monday, June 2 at 10:45 am ET. A full home retreat schedule and instructions will be offered.
