“When mindfulness of breathing is developed and cultivated, it is of great fruit and great benefit. When mindfulness of breathing is developed and cultivated, it fulfills the four foundations of mindfulness. When the four foundations of mindfulness are developed and cultivated, they fulfill the seven factors of enlightenment. When the seven enlightenment factors are developed and cultivated, they fulfill true knowledge and liberation.” – the Buddha

This spring, join Devin Berry for a relaxed and expansive exploration of breath and its incredible capacity to create the possibility of transformation. We'll discover mindfulness of the body through the full expression of breathing and, in the process, cultivate greater openness, compassion, and wisdom. Throughout, we will hold an aspiration to know the direct experience of breath and body as true refuge.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. Experienced meditators are also welcome.

This program is offered live and will not be recorded.
