Every human being who meditates is likely to face challenges in their practice. Having a seasoned guide is essential for developing the necessary skills to proceed on the path to liberation with balance and stability.

In this special mentorship program, IMS co-founder Joseph Goldstein offers individual and group support to meditators seeking to unlock the secrets of depth practice. The mentorship offers a rare opportunity to ask questions and receive customized instruction.

Each week, Joseph will review pre-submitted questions and respond to as many inquiries as possible while facilitating both individual and collective learning. Sessions will include meditation instructions and short sitting periods. All are welcome to join this unique mentorship opportunity with one of the leading teachers of our time.

These sessions will be recorded; registrants will have access to the videos for 90 days.
