Mindfulness treats everything equally. It offers a place of grounding in the truth of each moment. With practice, we learn to navigate the ups and down of life with clarity, coherence and balance. With mindfulness as a compass, we can fully discover the stillness present in each moment and meet reality fully and skillfully.

This October, join Roxanne Dault for an exploration of mindfulness, including a Dharma talk, meditation instructions, sitting and walking meditation, and Q&A.  A personal mini retreat is the perfect way to reconnect with mindfulness, so that you may meet the realities of life with a balanced mind and heart.
