This program is now closed to new registrations.

During this half-day retreat we will explore the body as the foundation for the cultivation of Mindfulness, and as a helpful tool to recognize the presence or absence of the Five Hindrances. The Hindrances are five common states, sensual desire, ill will, sloth and torpor, restlessness and worry, and doubt, that hinder our progress in the practice.

This September, join Andrea Castillo for an exploration of how to learn to recognize the Five Hindrances in the body, and in the mind. Our exploration will consist of guided and silent meditations, teachings, Q&A, and a participatory exercise.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. Experienced meditators are also welcome.

This program is offered live and will not be recorded.
