Practicing with Modern Life
An introduction to Insight Dialogue
Thursdays, March 12 & 26, 2026
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm ET
Nicola’s teachings reflect a deep commitment to the truth that awakening is not simply a solo endeavor. Through guided meditation, relational inquiry, and embodied presence, she invites us to explore how our practice unfolds in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the world in crisis. These sessions offer a space to meet each other with authenticity, stay present in challenge, and rediscover the path of awakening as a shared human journey. Nicola’s work integrates meditation practice with Nonviolent Communication, anti-racism, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and the climate emergency.
