Meditation teacher, author and hip-hop artist Ofosu Jones-Quartey (aka Born I) invites us into a practice space where music and mindfulness meet. With a creative path shaped by rhythm, self-expression, and vulnerability, Ofosu explores how sound and silence, beat and breath, discipline and flow can each become anchors of presence—and how creative practice can be a powerful vehicle for self compassion, healing and awakening.
