In this unprecedented time of climate crisis and ecological disruption, we will experience fear, grief, anger and helplessness. Can our practice really help us meet and navigate this crucial challenge of our lives? Can we find refuge and respond through wisdom, compassion and love? We invite you to join us in finding our way through these times together, with the Dharma in our hearts and the Path as our guide.

This program is a community exploration of what we’re feeling and holding in these times, with the intention of deepening our individual and collective capacity for wise and committed response. We will honour our deep love for the earth, expressing that love through engagement, care and the willingness to show up.

The program is held online and includes dharma reflections, guided meditations, and discussions. Small group exercises (through breakout rooms on Zoom) are an integral part of our exploration and learning process. There will be weekly home reflections to deepen your engagement through short articles or video, meditation (audio provided), written reflections, and devotional practices.
