Technology and media are woven into so much of our daily lives, shaping how we spend our time, conditioning the quality of our attention, and mediating how we connect with the world around us. How might wisdom & awareness help us relate to these parts of our lives with greater clarity, intention, relaxation, and care?

Join Matthew for a special gathering for the Sustaining the Sangha community exploring what it means to bring our practice into our relationship with technology and media. Together, we’ll pause, practice, and explore how the Dharma can support us in meeting our digital lives with greater peace & wellbeing.

The gathering will include a guided meditation, a short Dharma reflection, and time for conversation and questions.

This program is available for members of Sustaining the Sangha only.
